Novel News and an Update

Soooo… I’m happy dancing like crazy here, as my first ever novel (not including the one I co-authored with Lily Harlem), Stately Pleasures, has been accepted by Xcite Books. Woohoo! I literally just got the news today and just signed the contract, so I’m sharing it with you all first.

Stately Pleasures is a BDSM ménage erotic romance. It tells the story of Alice, a young woman who goes to work in a stately home. The owner of the home is super hot, as is his best friend, the Head of Security. They’re both kinky, too, so when they want Alice to join them for some smutty games throughout the house and grounds, she has no idea what she’s letting herself in for…

That’s not an official blurb or anything, just a little info. I’ll divulge more information closer the time. In the meantime, I’ll continue dancing around like a lunatic.

Also, I had news that Testing Tom is now releasing on the 23rd July instead of the 30th, which is fine by me. The sooner the better 😀 Keep an eye on this page and my social networks for the links when the book goes live. Very excited about this hot femdom novella, too!

This week, I’m sharing a snippet from my just released erotic romance novella, A French Affair. It follows on directly from last week’s, so you know what happened next 😉 Next week, I’ll be sharing something different.

The arrival of workmen was incredibly irritating. Her temporary landlord hadn’t mentioned there’d be anyone working next door. If he had, she wouldn’t have booked the place—the quiet and idyllic location were the whole reason for choosing this property, this area. Even though there was no way he could have known she was there to work, common courtesy would dictate that he told her. Perhaps he was just interested in taking her money and didn’t give a damn about whether she had a satisfactory stay or not. There was nothing to be done about it now, unfortunately. She’d paid for the fortnight, and she was buggered if she was going to cut and run, pissing that money down the drain. She’d just have to find a way around the disturbance, and console herself that she could leave a snarky write up on a review site when she got home.

Welcome to the Dirty Birdies Flock Hop! I’m very excited to be taking part in this hop, which has a theme of eye candy. And I luuuuurve me some eye candy! Perhaps the most topical eye candy of the moment is the lovely Henry Cavill. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that he plays Superman/Clark Kent in Man of Steel. Now, I’ve been drooling over this guy since he appeared in The Tudors, so it’s great to see him really emerging and becoming a big star. Time for me to catch up on some of the films he’s made in the interim, namely Immortals (see the hot topless pic) and Cold Light of Day. The lovely Henry hasn’t been my muse for any books yet, but I’m sure that will change in the near future. Off the Shelf and A French Affair Now Available in Print!

There wasn’t much else to tell, it seemed, as the village had nothing except a church—almost opposite her accommodation—and a tavern. It was also lacking—she’d quickly discovered—a mobile signal. Not even a single bar illuminated her screen. Her phone was now no more than a watch, alarm clock and calendar. If there was an emergency, she was screwed. But on a much lighter note, it was one less distraction. She could just get on with what she was here to do, blissfully undisturbed.
