Welcome to the Dirty Birdies Flock Hop! I’m very excited to be taking part in this hop, which has a theme of eye candy. And I luuuuurve me some eye candy! Perhaps the most topical eye candy of the moment is the lovely Henry Cavill. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that he plays Superman/Clark Kent in Man of Steel. Now, I’ve been drooling over this guy since he appeared in The Tudors, so it’s great to see him really emerging and becoming a big star. Time for me to catch up on some of the films he’s made in the interim, namely Immortals (see the hot topless pic) and Cold Light of Day. The lovely Henry hasn’t been my muse for any books yet, but I’m sure that will change in the near future. In the meantime, check out my latest release, A French Affair, which is an erotic romance novella with a hero that bears a resemblance to Colin Firth…

Sydney Tyler is renting a barn conversion in Northern France, planning to spend the fortnight getting some words down on her novel. Unfortunately, construction work in the other half of the building puts an end to her peace and quiet. Genuinely upset that the builders are going to disturb her, the property’s handsome English owner, Harry Bay, offers to make it up to her. He’s a little flirtatious, and after spotting his wedding ring, Sydney keeps him at arm’s length. Sexy as he is, she has no intention of getting involved with a married man. But when Sydney learns the truth about Harry, will their mutual attraction spur them on to work through their emotional baggage and make this more than just a French affair?

This book sounds so good. I love the cover as well. It’s brilliant! As for my favorite eye candy, I’ve kind of always been a Johnny Depp person but it all started (I’m old here!) back in the 21 Jump Street days (but I was very, very young then if that saves me just a tiny bit!! I barely remember the show!). Now I really have a thing for Jensen Ackles (who is just about my age if that redeems me slightly :P).
