Thank you having me here today! I’m so excited to be sharing my first paranormal romance with you!

Curse Of The Beast is a story about how life can throw so much in your direction that you’re ready to wave the white flag and surrender. Grayson, our shapeshifting hero, has not only reached that point, he’s been pushed over it when his father is murdered. Grayson is alone, angry, tired of struggling and is more than ready to give up everything. That is, until, he meets the one person that can show him there is still something worth fighting for—love.

I hope you enjoy the story and make sure you take a moment to head on over and like my new Facebook author page HERE. Everyone that does is automatically entered to win a $25 Amazon gift card. Winner to be announced on Halloween! Good Luck! 🙂

BLURB:

All of his life, Grayson Blackpaw lived by the rules of the half-breeds. He heeded the warnings and fought to keep the animal within under control, only to have his father murdered by the very thing his kind could never harm. Even if it means cursing himself to spend the rest of his days as a beast, Grayson was going to find the human responsible and make them pay—with their life.

Shapeshifters exist. Summer Jenkins wouldn’t have believed it herself, if she hadn’t watched a cougar change into a man before her very eyes. It doesn’t hurt when the man is as delectable as Grayson, either. Utterly droolworthy, Grayson sends her pulse racing and her heart falling…fast. But when Grayson admits that he’s willing to give up everything for the sake of revenge, will love be enough or can nothing stop the curse of the beast?

EXCERPT:

Summer inched over on the couch until her knees brushed against his, and she placed her hand on his thigh. It was a simple gesture of reassurance but the heat of her hand seeped through the denim, branding his skin and shooting higher. Desire flooded his veins and Summer’s breathing hitched when she felt it course through him. “He wasn’t the only one to touch me in some way, Grayson.”

Beginning to slowly make her way up his inner leg, Grayson grabbed her wrist before she closed what little distance there was left. If she made it to her destination, he wouldn’t be able to stop himself. He was already growing rigid in mere anticipation of her touching his length. If she actually made contact, he would lose what little restraint he held on to.

“Summer. I would like nothing more than to pull that dress up, plunge deep inside and take you over and over again, letting you know exactly how much I want you. But, we can’t. I won’t take the chance of hurting you.”

“You’re not going to hurt me. Worrying that you will is enough for me to know that you won’t.”

“You can’t know that because even I don’t. Summer, you need to understand there’s a chance I will do exactly that.” Grayson shook his head and took a breath. He wasn’t sure he could explain the constant battle of wills that had been waging inside of him for as long as he could remember, or how he’d been losing, but he needed to try. It wasn’t him just being overly cautious, there was a real danger. If he lost what little hold he had on the cougar while he was with her, he didn’t know what would or could happen. Grayson didn’t even want to think of the possibilities. “The lure of our animal halves is strong. The more we give in to them, the stronger they become. The stronger they become, the more we give in to them. Without something to stop the progression, the animal and its instincts become the predominant half and slowly overpower the human’s ability to remain in control.”

“So the worst that can happen is you shift into the cougar. I can handle…”

Grayson shook his head to cut her off. That damn stubbornness of hers was more than a little frustrating. “No Summer, you can’t. The worst that can happen is not the cougar. It’s the beast.”

Mid Week Tease: “She’d never been so scared in her life” #MWTease

MidWeekTease2Hi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease. This week I’m sharing another tease from Timeless Desire, my paranormal erotic romance short story which released today – hurrah! This snippet follows on directly from last week’s.

Timeless DesireShe’d just put her feet back onto the floor after her third trip up the ladder when she felt something touch her right leg, down by her ankle. She wore trousers, so if it had been some kind of insect it was doubtful she’d have felt it. Besides, it was moving up and down, as though stroking her. Still looking forward at the ladder and grasping its handrails, Emily was frozen in place. She couldn’t move, speak, scream or even bring herself to look around.

She’d never been so scared in her life. The stroking sensation crept higher and higher until it reached her hip. Finally, something in Emily snapped and she screamed at the top of her lungs, lurched away from the ladder and ran out of the library.

Driven by nothing other than fear and the urge to get away from the library, Emily tore down the corridor, deciding on the spur of the moment that she was going to go and find George. She had no idea where his office was, but it couldn’t be that difficult to find. However, before she’d gotten much farther, George rounded the corner into the corridor, jogging toward her. His expression was one of confusion and concern and when he reached her, he put his hands on her shoulders, looking into her eyes.

Mid Week Tease: “She didn’t know she’d spoken out loud and giggled at the realization” #MWTease

MidWeekTease2Hi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease. This week I’m sharing another tease from Timeless Desire, my paranormal erotic romance short story which released today – hurrah! This snippet follows on directly from last week’s.

Timeless DesireShe didn’t know she’d spoken out loud and giggled at the realization, stopping abruptly when it hit home just how peculiarly she was behaving. This place was making her crazy, she decided, which could be catastrophic considering she hadn’t even finished one shelf of books yet, and she had considerably more to do. If this weirdness carried on, she’d be a wreck by the time the job was done.

Shaking her head again, Emily walked back to the desk and sat down. She resolved to knuckle down, get the first shelf completed and call it a night. Hopefully a decent amount of sleep and a session with her vibrator would make her feel more herself and mean she could put this idiotic behavior behind her and return to Westbury tomorrow with her sensible, hard-working head firmly screwed on. She hoped so, anyway, because this simply wouldn’t do.

Emily was able to finish cleaning the first lot of books without any further interruptions. She heaved a sigh of relief and swapped her book cleaning tools for her shelf cleaning tools. All she had to do was clean the empty shelf, replace the books, put the library back to how it had been when she’d started and be on her way. Tomorrow was another day, she mused, and she was determined it was going to be much more productive than this one.

Mid Week Tease: “When her gaze fell on the window, she rolled her eyes again.” #MWTease

MidWeekTease2Hi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease. This week I’m sharing another tease from Timeless Desire, my paranormal erotic romance short story which just went up for pre-order. It’s releasing on 10th September. Thank you SO much to those of you that have pre-ordered already! This snippet follows on directly from last week’s.

Timeless DesireWhen her gaze fell on the window, she rolled her eyes again. Of course. Old houses like Westbury more often than not had panes of glass which didn’t fit into their frames properly, or they’d slipped, been damaged. The draught was coming from the window. Emily crossed the room to the window, drew the curtains—she’d open them again before she left, and Mrs. Thompson would never be any the wiser—and sat back down again. Shaking her head at her own stupidity, Emily continued working on the book she’d just abandoned, quickly becoming absorbed in her task once more.

A noise from over by the ladder startled Emily, making her jump and almost jab herself in the eye with the end of the brush she was using. Turning, she saw that the photograph she’d righted earlier after its little mishap was once more lying down. She’d obviously not fixed the stand properly. Downing tools, Emily stomped across the room, cross at the seemingly endless interruptions, and grabbed the photograph. She checked the stand to make sure it held firm, then wagged a finger at the man in the image.

“Just you behave. I’ve got too much work to do to put up with your shenanigans, if you don’t mind.”

Mid Week Tease: “Then she felt a slight draught on the back of her neck.” #MWTease

MidWeekTease2Hi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease. This week I’m sharing a tease from Timeless Desire, my paranormal erotic romance short story which just went up for pre-order. It’s releasing on 10th September.

Timeless DesireEmily worked in peace for a little while longer. Then she felt a slight draught on the back of her neck. Carefully placing down the book she was working on and fidgeting in the chair, she moved her head from side to side and up and down, as if to erase the odd feeling. She forgot it almost instantly, until a few seconds later, it came again. It felt as though someone was blowing on the back of her neck. Emily shivered, both at the sensation and the creepy thought that had entered her mind. Goosebumps crept over her entire body, and the third movement of air made her jump up out of the chair and spin round to face the source of the mysterious draught.

There was nothing there. Emily rolled her eyes. Why on earth was she getting like this? She’d worked in dozens of rooms like this, perfectly alone, and not once had she freaked out. Why now?

Mid Week Tease: “His expression was priceless.” #MWTease

MidWeekTease2Hi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease. This week I’m sharing another tease from Pack of Lies, my paranormal erotic romance novel. It follows on directly from last week’s.

Pack of LiesA glance up the bed told him that although Nathaniel had appeared very laid back, almost cocky, when Isaac had said he was going for “a closer look”, now his hands were no longer behind his head—they were gripping the duvet. His expression was priceless—Isaac hadn’t even really gotten going yet and Nathaniel’s jaw was slack, his eyes glazed over. Huh. Maybe it had been a while for him too.

He felt the other man’s entire body tense up as he swallowed as much of his cock as possible, then began sucking in earnest, making sure he allowed plenty of saliva to lubricate proceedings. The wetter the better, in his opinion.

Placing his hands on the insides of Nathaniel’s thighs, he pushed them as far apart as they would go, then trailed one hand down to play with the other man’s balls. They were shaven completely smooth, and he gently rolled and tugged at the sac, figuring out what really got Nathaniel going. Everything, it seemed. Every touch elicited another moan from those sinful lips, another blasphemy. He was so hot, so responsive, that Isaac felt just as horny from doing the pleasuring as he would have from being pleasured.

Bobbing his head up and down faster on Nathaniel’s cock, he took advantage of the saliva that had dribbled down into the other man’s crack and slicked it across his perineum, smiling around his shaft as it jerked deeper into his mouth. Then he ventured farther back, seeking the crinkled skin that was Nathaniel’s arsehole. Once he got there, he circled it with his finger, over and over, both stimulating and lubricating the area. Creeping his finger forward again, he gathered more wetness and repeated his action, only this time, when he felt the other man was ready, he pushed the very tip of his finger inside the tight hole.
