Hi folks,
Wow, it’s been a super-busy week here… but an exciting one, too.
First of all, you’ve probably already noticed that my website has been given a sexy new lick of paint – do you like it? I’ve also got matching Facebook and Twitter banners, as well as an email footer. I’m loving it! I just thought it was time to have a new look, and I’m really happy with the result.
Also, since I’m now into double figures with my audiobooks, I thought it’d be a good idea to make it easier for listeners to find them. Therefore I’ve created a new page listing all the audiobooks I currently have available, plus a lovely new button in the site’s sidebar which takes you to that page. To celebrate, I’m running a giveaway – five lucky winners can get their hands on one of my audiobooks – just use the Rafflecopter below to enter!
Happy Reading/Listening!

Hi everyone,
The long weekend has got me scrabbling to catch up, so I missed out on Mid Week Tease this week, sadly. But I decided to share an excerpt with you anyway. My story, Fast Lust, is now completed, edited and ready to go into the upcoming British Bad Boys Boxed Set, so I thought I’d give you a sneak peek. This is a snippet from the very beginning of the story, so we haven’t even met the sexy biker hero yet, but I will be using this story in my Mid Week Tease posts for a few weeks, so you’ll be able to enjoy him soon enough. Or you could just pre-order the set and enjoy the whole story, plus six other awesome bad boy tales, on the 4th May! đ

Gloria Heath gaped at her boss, Graeme, unsure if sheâd heard him correctly. No, no, she couldnât have heard him correctly, because she thought heâd said he wanted her to go and cover the first round of the British Superbikes at Donington Park. She shook her head and chuckled. He must have said The Great British Bake Off. That sounded similar, didnât it?
Graeme frowned. âSomething funny, Gloria?â
She snapped her focus back to her editor and smiled. âSorry. I must be going deaf, or mad, because I thought you said you wanted me to cover some motorbike race.â
His expression was stony. âI did,â he replied coolly. âDo you have a problem with that?â
Blinking, she opened her mouth, then closed it again. Narrowing her eyes, she said, âBut Iâm a lifestyle reporter. I coverââ
âIâm well aware of what you cover, Gloria. Iâve been your boss for three yearsâdonât you think Iâm familiar with what you write by now?â He sighed. âI know itâs not your usual thing, and is way out of your comfort zone, but donât you think a change would be nice? A bit of a challenge for you?â
Gulping, she replied, âA ch-challenge? Graeme⊠did I do something wrong?â
He rolled his eyes. âItâs an article, Gloria, not a bloody punishment. No, you didnât do anything wrong. Your work is exemplaryâalways has been, and Iâm sure it always will be. But I have one of the sports writers off sick, with no one else available to take his place, and not covering the first round of the British Superbikes is tantamount to blasphemy for our motorsport readers.â
A feeling of dread settled in her stomach, making her nauseous. âDo I⊠have a choice?â
Graeme raised his eyebrows. âIâm an editor, not a dictator. But come on, Gloria, do me a favour here. Like I said, thereâs no one else to take his placeâyouâre the only one with time in your schedule. If Iâm not mistaken, the stuff youâre currently working on isnât time-sensitive. Sundayâs race, however, is.â He leaned forward and put his elbows on the desk, then flashed her a smile. âWeâll even put you up in a nice hotel, right near to the track. One little article, Gloria. Youâll be saving my life. Please.â
Gloria knew when she was beaten. Graeme wouldnât force her, she knew that, but it was clearly very important to him. And heâd never asked her to do something like this beforeâhe was generally very laid back, and let her get on with writing pretty much whatever she wanted to. So one article out of her comfort zoneâalbeit way out of her comfort zoneâwas the least she could do. âAll right,â she said resignedly. âIâll do it, for you. But you have to give me a full briefing on what exactly youâre looking for. The last thing I want is to end up writing something where Iâve taken completely the wrong angle.
âAnd,â she added, âwhere the hell is Donington Park, anyway?â
Graemeâs expression turned despairing. âIn the Midlands, Gloria. Near Derby and Nottingham. North of Watford Gap.â
âBloody hell, thatâs miles away! Have I got to drive? Iâll need a pool car.â
âDrive, get the train, hell, you can even fly. The circuitâs next door to a bloody airport. I donât care, as long as you go, all right?â
She folded her arms. âThe train will be fine. Though a first class ticket wouldnât go amiss.â
Graeme rolled his eyes. âDone.â
âAnd about the briefingâŠâ
âOf course! I wouldnât send you in there unprepared. Right, you go and carry on with whatever you were doing while I get all the arrangements sorted. Come and see me when you get here tomorrow morning, and weâll go through everything you need to know.â She nodded and stood up, then turned to leave. âOh, and Gloria?â She turned back. âThank you. I really do appreciate it.â
âYouâre welcome, boss. Just donât make a habit of it, all right?â She winked to show she was joking.
Grinning, he waved a hand at her. âGo on, get out. Iâll see you in the morning.â

Hi everyone,
I’m delighted to show off this amazing cover I have for my upcoming M/M superhero erotic romance story, Unseen, which will be released by Pride Publishing – first as part of their I Need a Hero anthology, then as a standalone in August.
And here’s what it’s all about:
When a scientific procedure has unexpected results, Rory tries to make the best of a bad situation and ends up becoming an accidental superhero.
Medical scientist Rory is working in his top secret underground laboratory in Central London when a procedure has unexpected results. Far from curing his patient, a monkey called Arnold, of an unpleasant disease, he manages to turn the animal invisible! In his panic, Rory accidentally gets some of the serum he injected Arnold with into his own bloodstream, rendering himself invisible, too. With disbelief and confusion filling his brain, Rory finds it impossible to think straight, much less to figure out what precisely happened, and what on earth heâs going to do about it. So, after stripping off his clothesâwhich remain visible and therefore would give him awayâhe heads out into the London night for a walk to try and clear his head. Soon, a series of events lead him into a situation where he takes heroic action to protect somebody from hurting themselves, or someone else. And, just when Rory thinks things canât get any weirder, heâs found, completely naked, in the home of the man he helped the previous evening. How can he explain his way out of this?
More information as and when I have it!
Happy Reading,
Lucy x
